Bondura Technology is very proud to announce that we are of the few exclusive companies selected for the EU Horizon 2020 grant (grant agreement No 849085).
In 2014, the European Union (EU) established the Horizon 2020 program to support European companies in their efforts to commercialize technology in new markets. This exclusive program is intended for small and medium size companies with groundbreaking technology that can make a profound difference in the world.
After a careful screening process, only a handful of companies are selected every quarter.
In the first quarter of 2018, only 96 of a total of 2260 applicants in 21 different countries were selected for funding.
This grant selection confirms that the bondura® pivot pin technology is a cutting-edge technology designed to solve a common problem with standard cylindrical pin connection; a problem that can have a dramatic effect on the productivity in all general industries, such as mining, construction, port handling etc.
bondura® pivot pin technology is a proven technology within the oil & gas, offshore and maritime industries and has been used by market leaders for over 30 years.
As part of the Horizon 2020 project, Bondura Technology AS will target a range of onshore industry markets. By doing so we will bring the benefits of using bondura® pivot pin technology, currently primarily enjoyed by the offshore industry, to new markets across the world.
