Every bondura® solution starts with understanding the application. Our engineers engage from the earliest project phases to ensure the optimal pin solution for the specific load case, joint geometry and operating environment. No design goes to production without customer approval.
Design and optimisation
From standardised solutions to fully customised expanding pins, we handle the complete design process. All designs are presented for customer approval before production begins, ensuring the final solution meets both technical requirements and practical constraints.
Calculations and verification
We deliver all required structural calculations and analysis for the application, providing the documentation needed for engineering review, classification or regulatory approval.
Drawings, models and documentation
Assembly drawings, 3D models and STEP files are generated for customer approval as part of the standard engineering process, giving your team full visibility and control before production starts.
Technical support
Our engineers are available for online meetings, over-the-table discussions and on-site support throughout the project. When your team needs backup, ours is available.
Training and courses
We offer training courses for customers and sales partners at no charge, covering the bondura® technology, application principles and installation procedures.
