Oil & gas and drilling

bondura® expanding pins are installed in clevis, dolly, top drive, heave compensation systems, pipe-rack cranes and other pipe handling equipment — certified and approved for replacing existing pins.

For land-based drilling, Bondura also offers a crankshaft solution for artificial lift pump jacks. The DUAL option ensures the bearing rotates between inner and outer race, not on the pin.

Subsea and submerged applications

ROV operations leave no room for joint failure. bondura® pins are designed for the mechanical demands of subsea work — heavy loads, dynamic forces, and no practical access for maintenance. Bondura's engineers develop pin solutions for any critical joint in your operation.

Renewable energy

Bondura has developed a mechanical lock nut system for offshore wind. It eliminates the need for annual inspection and re-torque checks, fundamentally changing the inspection regime and reducing maintenance cost and man hours.
