VIBRALOCK® is mechanical locknut system designed for bolted connections exposed to vibrations, oscillations and demanding conditions. It prevents nut loosening and loss of preload, making structural bolting more reliable.
The system uses two nuts working on different thread diameters and pitches which creates a mechanical locking effect preventing loosening caused by vibration or other external load cases. This results in a safe and stable bolted connection with significantly reduced need for inspection, re-torque checks and maintenance man-hours.
