What We Collect and Why

We do not process special categories of personal data — such as data revealing health, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or trade union membership — through this website.

Contact Forms

When you submit a contact form on bondura.no, we collect the information you enter in the form, together with the date and time of submission. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to handle any subsequent correspondence.

Form submissions are stored in the website database and are also sent to us by email.

Email

Personal data you send us by email is used only to handle the matter you contacted us about.

Job Applications and CVs

When you submit a job application or CV, we process your personal data solely to evaluate your candidacy for relevant positions at Bondura Technology. The information is stored securely and treated confidentially. It is not used for any other purpose, and it is not shared outside the recruitment process.

Website Statistics

We collect aggregated data about visits to the website in order to improve it. Examples include the number of visitors to different pages, how long visits last, which websites visitors arrive from, and which browsers are used.

Cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function are set automatically. All other cookies — including those used for statistics and marketing — are set only if you consent to them.

We use CookieYes to manage cookie consent. CookieYes stores a record of your choice in a cookie so that we do not ask again on every visit.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by opening the cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

The full list of cookies used on bondura.no is shown below.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and usage patterns on the website, so that we can improve content and the user experience. Google Analytics is only loaded if you have consented to statistics cookies.

Google Analytics processes data such as your IP address, device and browser information, and identifiers stored in cookies. This data is pseudonymised, and we do not use it to identify you as an individual. However, such data may still constitute personal data under the GDPR.

Transfer outside the EEA. Data collected through Google Analytics may be transferred to and stored on servers operated by Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision. This forms the legal basis for the transfer.

WordPress

Our website runs on WordPress, which sets cookies necessary for the site to display and function correctly.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Pages on this website include embedded content from LinkedIn, Vimeo, and YouTube.

Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if you had visited the other website directly. These providers may collect information about you, set cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content — including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that service.

Embedded content is loaded only if you have consented to the relevant cookie category.

These providers act as independent data controllers for the data they collect. Their own privacy policies apply:

Social Media

If you are logged in to a social network and use a link or function on our website connected to that service, the provider may set cookies and register your activity. This may also be used to show you relevant content on social media.
