bondura® 3.3 is a proven expanding pin solution designed for applications where installation and retrieval time matters. It is one of Bondura’s best-selling solutions for customers who need a secure, durable and efficient solution with minimal time spent on pin assembly and disassembly.
The design has conical end-sleeves with tightening nuts on both pin-ends. The sleeves expand radially into the support bores and lock the pin assembly securely in place when torqued to the provided value. This prevents relative movement between pin and support — reducing wear, ovality, fretting, breakage and unplanned downtime.
